Scope of Works

To design, manufacture and supply the following FRP chemical storage tanks

  • 2 x 8.2 KL vertical tank / 1850mm diameter x 3050mm wall height / storing RO permeate / constructed using a vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and an isophthalic resin for structural layers
  • 6 x 49.2 KL vertical tank / 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height / storing hydrochloric acid / constructed using a vinyl ester resin throughout
  • 2 x 17.2 KL vertical tank / 2500mm diameter x 3500mm wall height / storing citric acid / constructed using a vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and an isophthalic resin for structural layers
  • 2 x 17.2 KL vertical tank / 2500mm diameter x 3500mm wall height / storing antiscalant / constructed using a vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and an isophthalic resin for structural layers
  • 2 x 17.2 KL vertical tank / 2500mm diameter x 3500mm wall height / storing sodium bisulphate / constructed using a vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and an isophthalic resin for structural layers
  • 6 x 49.2 KL vertical tank / 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height / storing sodium hydroxide / constructed using a vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and an isophthalic resin for structural layers
  • 2 x 17.2 KL vertical tank / 2500mm diameter x 3500mm wall height / storing sodium hypochlorite / constructed using a vinyl ester resin throughout with a BPO catalyst system
  • 2 x 49.2 KL vertical tank / 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height / storing magnesium chloride / constructed using a vinyl ester resin throughout
  • 2 x 49.2 KL vertical tank / 3500mm diameter x 5600mm wall height / storing calcium chloride / constructed using a vinyl ester resin throughout
  • 2 x 50 KL vertical tank / 2500mm diameter x 11200mm wall height / storing permeate water / constructed using a vinyl ester resin corrosion barrier and an isophthalic resin for structural layers
  • 2 x 40 KL vertical tank / 4000mm diameter x 4000mm wall height / storing warm water / constructed using a vinyl ester resin throughout
